Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier service coverage.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days. Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, festivals, or logistical delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Any free shipping offers are communicated on the website.

Packaging & Hygiene

All food items are packed using hygienic, food-grade materials to maintain freshness, quality, and safety during transit.

Delivery Issues

Shrihan Mart is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, courier partner issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are requested to ensure accurate delivery information while placing orders.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Shrihan Mart deals in perishable and non-perishable Bengali food products. Due to the nature of food items, refunds and cancellations are governed by strict hygiene and safety standards.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Damaged or spoiled product received
  • Order cancelled before dispatch

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, delivered food products are not eligible for return or refund unless a verified issue is identified.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed through the original payment method using Razorpay. Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Payment Gateway

All payments and refunds are handled securely via Razorpay. Shrihan Mart does not store or access customer payment credentials.
